The Only Governor That Still Uses His Personal Car Instead Of Spending Billions On New Cars- Governor Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde

It is no news that politicians like exotic cars. Many state governors buy sophisticated cars for reasons such as security, comfort, durability etc This cars do not come cheap. Ranging from N40 million - N300 million. Some buy more than one for different reasons.

The governor's need cars with high-tech security but not at the rate they are buying it and the numbers of cars they buy.

Governor Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde the governor of Oyo State. He is in his first tenure as a governor, with loud praises about his work rate and performance. He declared his net worth to be around N48 billion.

During his quarterly media chat last month, according to punch, he said he is able to pay salaries by cutting down cost of governance. He continued that he is still driving his personal car and he did not approve new car to be purchased for the officials in his administration.

This is a great decision by the governor.

He is the only governor to have come out publicly to say that he still uses his personal car.
