Eight achievement of governor emeka ihedioha in his 8months as governor

The supreme Court verdicts might have come and gone but the impact of the person of right honorable emeka ihedioha as governor was felt by all and sundry, the feeling in the state is mixed as imolite are worried weather the person of hope uzodimma would continue in the giant strides that emeka ihedioha has been doing in the state we have 8 of these achievement

1. Improving the state igr:- before he became governor the igr of the state was a merger 500million but he improve on it by adopting the treasury single account and it has increased to 1.2 billion as citizens has been encouraged to pay taxes.

2. Saved the state capital from flooding:- the first job of the gov emeka ihedioha was to de-flood the capital he did this by going back re forming the state environment agency which helped decongest the underground water channels.

3. Paid Imo state workers and pensioners in full:- the governor embarked on full payment of salaries and pension in the state

4. Revival of the three technical college in the state:- foundation of new structure has been put in place at the 3 technical collages owned by the state.

5. Renovation of the Dan anyiam stadium:- the governor on his inception renovated the imo state football stadium and that of the grasshopper pitch

6. Attracting foreign investment:- the governor has been able to attract both the world bank assist road project and the AFRIEXIM bank also choose to site it regional office in imo state

7. Rehabilitation of owerri umuahia road/ old aba road :- the death trap of the owerri umuahia road was being rehabilitated before the supreme Court judgement.

8. embarking on road project in all 27 lga:- there are so many road project embarked upon by the governor during the dry season some are in the final stages of completion.

bonus:- giving 20bags of rice to each autonomous community in the state during the festive period.
