The United boss spoke to the media after the 4-0 victory over Norwich.

Manchester United will aim to book a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup when they face Wolves at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side picked up their first win of 2020 against Norwich at the weekend thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood. Rashford was substituted during the victory but revealed the change was nothing more than a precaution.

"Fancied a hat-trick today but busy few weeks for us," the forward wrote on Twitter. "Just a precaution and looking forward to getting back at it Wednesday."

On the transfer front, United continue to be linked with Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes during the January transfer window.

Solskjaer was coy when specifically asked about speculation linking Fernandes with a move to United following the win against Norwich.

Bruno Fernandes to Manchester United: Release clause, Solskjaer's admission, Tottenham transfer interest

The transfer window is open and Bruno Fernandes has been linked with a move to Manchester United, again.

After a superb season for Sporting Lisbon, the midfielder was rumoured to be on the verge of a switch to the Premier League during the summer transfer window and Portuguese media outlets were convinced he would end up at Old Trafford.

Sporting did their utmost to offload Fernandes in the summer with interest from Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. United’s ‘interest’ did not extend beyond mere admiration for the Portuguese. Old Trafford insiders likened the incessant reports surrounding Fernandes six months ago to the Whac-A-Mole arcade game.

Here’s what has been said so far about a potential January transfer.
