Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is currently dating stunning British woman Leah Monroe, and she has reacted to the goal of her boo that came against Burnley in the Premier League.

Leah, who is a model and a vlogger is a student in the University but she has always found time out of her busy schedule to watch Chelsea games, and you know why.

Following his goal,  she shared the snap of Abraham along with other inspirational messages about how to get ahead in life.

Abraham took his tally in the Premier League to 13 goals this season after he headed home the second goal. Other goals from Jorginho and Callum Hudson-Odoi finished off the comprehensive 3-0 win after the break.

Leah is a keen Instagram user with 43,000 followers and posted a pic of Abraham jumping up after getting his goal and Willian celebrating with him.

Abraham has silenced his mockers with his form this season. Opinion was divided among the Chelsea fan base when the youngster was handed the number 9 jersey for Chelsea.
